   Once work begins on your order and leather is cut Payments are Not Refundable   
   If Paying by check or Money order, work will begin when we receive your check.
 
   Your satisfaction is important. If not satisfied with the fit,  workmanship or quality, 
   Please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt for return authorization
   for replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  *Return items will need a Return Authorization number. 
    Please call or email for R.A. number prior to
    shipping,  The R.A. number MUST be written on the outside of the return package.
  * Any items sent back to us for return without a R.A. number it will be refused.
  *No charge on size or exchanges. (except shipping)
  *Any items returned must be in new condition as received, no wear showing 
   ( you wear it, you own it.)
  *No refunds on custom orders. Custom gun rigs or chaps will be exchanged only.
  *Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  *No exchanges on custom made items unless they do not fit, 
    no refunds we will fix the item or make
   it again.
  *Misuse, Abuse of, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended use Voids All
    Warrantees.

  Please remember, this is Hand Crafted Custom work, 
  Each item is individually hand made as ordered,  
  Please allow up to  6  weeks for delivery.
